Canary Wharf, my home area for the time being, surprised me the other day. I went to a Chinese restaurant called Lotus for dim sum. The food was delicious, including the pineapple buns, which I have been longing for since I moved out of Hong Kong. For some reason I never found pineapple buns in Singapore.
